My stay at the Hilton was a mixed experience. The hotel's prime downtown location was extremely convenient, but the basic room fell short of my expectations for a Hilton property. The service, however, was excellent and made up for some of the shortcomings.
The hotel offers decent rooms with a huge king-sized bed, providing great views overlooking downtown, the park, the Toyota Center, or other surroundings. The service is top-notch and exceptional, with a few minor hiccups in communication. The location is excellent, especially for attending events nearby. The dining experience is delightful with lovely offerings throughout the day. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor service delays.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, just as I expected for the price. The service was top-notch, everyone was very polite and helpful. The location was excellent, making it convenient for our activities in the city. The dining experience offered a lovely spread of food, although some dishes were not served at the right temperature.
The hotel had very spacious and comfortable rooms that were clean, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. We even enjoyed complimentary drinks. However, the service disappeared after we signed the bill, but they did provide an umbrella when needed. The location was excellent, adjacent to Discovery Green and a few blocks from Minute Maid Park, making it ideal for convention attendees. The dining experience was fantastic with a delicious spread of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
